It is an area in transition from the Quercy and the Landes. It is flat and is crossed by two great rivers, the Lot and Garonne, which meet at Aiguillon.
Essentially rural, the Lot-et-Garonne is a land generous in agricultural production, bathed in orchards and fertile land, vineyards, fields and crops surrounded by the Périgord in the northeast, Landes in the south-west, and Gers in the south.
All our properties registered there are in the Lot-et-Garonne or just near the border.
